Kay A. Stine, CFRE is vice president for development. Before joining the staff in 2012, she was director of development for Norfolk Collegiate School for 13 years. Stine earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Indiana State University and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive, a board member, and former president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Hampton Roads Chapter and a member of the Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council.
