Robin Foreman-Wheeler is vice president for administration. She joined the staff in 2000. She previously worked at Young Audiences of Virginia. Robin earned a degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and a master of business administration degree from Old Dominion University. She is a graduate of Project Inclusion and Lead Hampton Roads and earned a certificate in nonprofit management from the Academy for Nonprofit Excellence. She also earned a certificate in college access counseling from Rice University, a certificate in diversity & inclusion from Cornell University and is a certified human resources professional (SHRM-CP). She currently serves on the Virginia Beach Social Services Advisory Board and represents the Foundation on the Virginia Beach Community Organization Grant (COG) Review & Allocation Committee.
