Tye Lambert is the donor relationship manager.

Tye joined the Hampton Roads Community Foundation in July 2024. Tye brings nine years of nonprofit experience in cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and addressing their needs. Before joining the Foundation, Tye worked with national nonprofits, most notably the American Cancer Society and the American Diabetes Association. She’s an alumna of Norfolk Collegiate and graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
