Vivian M. Oden
Vivian M. Oden is vice president for equity and inclusion and was director of donor services until being promoted in 2019 to vice president for special projects. She was named vice president for equity and inclusion in 2021. Before joining the Foundation in 2006, she was a project manager and webmaster at Liberty Tax Service and the youth coordinator at the Unitarian Church of Norfolk. She earned an undergraduate degree in business administration, a master's degree in public administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from Old Dominion University and a certificate in nonprofit management from the Academy for Nonprofit Excellence. She is a graduate of Lead Hampton Roads and the Council on Foundation's Career Pathways program and Initiatives of Change’s Community Trustbuilding Fellowship.
