How to Renew
How to renew your scholarship
Most – but not all – scholarships are renewable. If yours is renewable, eligible students should expect emailed instructions in late April for how to complete the 2020-21 renewal process through our scholarship portal. If you do not hear from us, you may not be eligible or we may have an outdated address for you. We strongly advise that you put us on your calendar as a reminder in April and contact us if you think there is a problem: (757) 622-7951 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The 2020 renewal deadline for undergraduate, graduate, and theological students to submit completed renewal information is June 12, 2020. The deadline for medical students is July 31, 2020.
To qualify for renewal, you must complete these steps:
- Follow the instructions and link in the email we send you to access the online renewal form in the scholarship portal. You must have the special link in the email to gain access. Contact us at email@example.com if you have not received an email by April 30.
- Upload a copy of your 2020-2021 Student Aid Report.
- Upload a complete transcript for the 2019-2020 academic year. Grades from both semesters should be included.
Please remember to tell us if you change your address or college plans. You must notify us if you transfer to a different college or university, attend school part time or take a semester off from school. Please let us know your situation so we can consider options for you. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Review the Information and Forms for Current Recipients to download request forms for study abroad, school transfers, and scholarship deferral.
