How to renew your scholarship
Most – but not all – scholarships are renewable. If yours is renewable, eligible students should expect emailed instructions in late April for how to complete the renewal process through our scholarship portal. If you do not hear from us, you may not be eligible or we may have an outdated address for you. We strongly advise that you put us on your calendar as a reminder in April and contact us if you think there is a problem: (757) 622-7951 or scholarships@hamptonroadscf.org.
The 2025 renewal deadline for all students to submit completed renewal information is June 13, 2025.
To qualify for renewal, you must complete these steps:
- Follow the instructions in the email we send you to access the online renewal form in the scholarship portal. Contact us at scholarships@hamptonroadscf.org if you have not received an email by April 30.
- File the FAFSA and upload a copy of your 2025-2026 FAFSA Information Summary (formerly Student Aid Report).
- Upload a complete transcript for the 2024-2025 academic year. Grades from both semesters should be included.
Please remember to tell us if you change your address or college plans. You must notify us if you transfer to a different college or university, attend school part time or take a semester off from school.
